Qualifications

• Personal training certification is required.
• Experience managing fitness facilities or programs.
• CPR/AED certification required.

• Oversee marketing initiatives.
• Liaison between Kinema and our client.
• Oversee the club operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure member engagement.
• 20 hours on site.

We are seeking a Part-Time General Manager who has a strong background in fitness and customer service to oversee a corporate/residential fitness center in Charlotte, NC. We expect this person to be able to multi-task, wear many different hats and represent Kinema at the highest levels.

Must be comfortable planning and executing large-scale wellness events and managing a budget, as this is an important part of the role.

• Hiring and training of new employees
• Vendor management
• Program development and outreach
• Personal training
• Oversee our marketing initiatives
• Liaison between Kinema and our client
• Oversee the entire operations of the club - day to day, member engagement
• 20 hours on site

Qualifications and Skills:

• Personal training certification (required)
• Fitness management experience
• CPR/AED certification

Pay:

$35/hour - 20 hours per week
