We are seeking a Part‑Time General Manager who has a strong background in fitness and customer service to oversee a corporate fitness center in Northbrook, IL. We expect this person to be able to multi-task, wear many different hats and represent Kinema at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Payroll reporting
• Revenue management and budgeting
• Hiring and training of new employees
• Vendor management
• Program development and outreach
• Personal training
• Oversee our marketing initiatives
• Liaison between Kinema and our client
• Oversee the entire operations of the club - day to day, member engagement
• 20 hours on site - flexible schedule

Pay
