Kinema Fitness is seeking a Full-Time General Manager to oversee a corporate/residential fitness center in Charlotte, NC. You will manage payroll reporting, budgeting, hiring/training, vendor relations, program development, personal training, marketing, and client liaison while driving member engagement and daily operations.

The role requires a strong background in fitness and customer service, with the ability to multi-task and represent Kinema at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Personal training certification is required.

• CPR/AED certification is required or must be obtained.

We are seeking a Full-TimeGeneral Manager who has a strong background in fitness and customer service to oversee a corporate/residential fitness center in Charlotte, NC. We expect this person to be able to multi-task, wear many different hats and represent Kinema at the highest levels.

Must be comfortable planning and executing large-scale wellness events and managing a budget, as this is an important part of the role.
