Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle checkout, and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere. You will maintain product presentation, assist with food/beverage stations, and follow safety procedures while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Ideal candidates have retail or food service experience, basic POS knowledge, and strong communication skills to work well with the team and customers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at checkout.
• Operate POS system accurately for cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Ensure correct change, issue receipts, and process refunds per policy.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with food/beverage handling as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with daily maintenance duties.
