Job summary

H&S Energy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations under the supervision of the Store Manager and District Operations Manager. You will handle cashiering, maintain store presentation, ensure food and beverage quality, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for customers.

As the face of H&S Energy, you will greet customers, process transactions, promote promotions, stock merchandise, handle food stations, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations to engage customers.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep products organized and appealing.
• Prepare and maintain all self-serve and ready-to-eat food and beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility and fueling area.
