Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required.
• Be professional and able to use independent judgment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Greet guests and direct them to their seats or areas.
• Scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic.
• Provide helpful directions and friendly service to guests.
