Allied Universal Event Services in Cleveland, OH is hiring part-time event staff to join a dynamic team. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and no prior experience is required.

The position pays $15.50 per hour and is ideal for students, retirees, or individuals seeking extra income around other commitments. Essential duties include assisting with event day prep, ticket scanning, crowd direction, and guest assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• As a condition of employment, background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; Driver’s Record check may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• May collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and events.
• Initiates a genuine, friendly and personal greeting to guests on arrival and a sincere thank you as you complete your encounter.
• Provides guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
• Interactions with guests include a smile and a natural speaking voice.
