The Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire is seeking a part-time Development Support Specialist to assist with donor outreach, fundraising, and event support. Responsibilities

• Support CEO and Director of Development with donor outreach and scheduling.
• the leading the solicitation for annual auction item donations.
• Assist with corporate sponsorship and business partnership efforts and fulfillment of benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for community and corporate donation drives and onsite donation drop-offs.
• Assist in planning fundraising events, donor receptions and open houses.
• Coordinate event logistics including vendor communication and timelines.
• Provide on-site event support (setup, registration, guest services and breakdown).
• Support administrative duties for signature events including post-event summaries and reports.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to aid the development team.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as assigned.
