Job summary

The Cleveland Animal Protective League is seeking a fundraising leader to oversee annual fund development, donor stewardship, and direct mail programs. You will supervise Development Associates I & II and volunteers, and participate in Capital Campaign donor tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management or related field such as communications, public relations, marketing, or business.
• Minimum 5 years of proven successful experience in annual fund fundraising and database management. Three years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience in RE or RE NXT database management required and writing Crystal Reports (RE Module) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual fund development, including database management, donor stewardship, donor recognition, and direct mail oversight.
• Participate in Capital Campaign donor identification and tracking.
• Supervise Gift Processing staff and Development Associates I and II and volunteers.
• Support reporting and data presentation to leadership and stakeholders.
