Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or in a comparable accounting role.
• Strong working proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise software.
• ServiceTitan software experience is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Clear, friendly communication when helping customers with account questions.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage responsibilities within a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer billing and invoicing accurately and on time.
• Verify service tickets before billing to ensure alignment with work performed.
• Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile AP accounts.
• Reconcile company credit card statements.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and make professional collections calls.
• Provide clear, helpful responses to customer balances and account activity.
• Maintain a reliable financial workflow for leadership visibility.
