Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse, parts, or logistics experience preferred (commercial vehicle or automotive environment a plus).
• Working knowledge of inventory control, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems or dealership DMS software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack, and stage orders.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Stages internal and external orders for pickup, delivery or installation.
• Ensures packing slip is accompanied with each delivery and obtains packing slip if unavailable.
• Fills in as delivery driver as needed.
• Fill orders from multiple departments and locations.
• Stocks items needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Receives deliveries and stock and verify accuracy of the delivery against invoice.
• Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned including parts delivery.
