Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Rochester, MN is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist to support our local route operations and vending program. You will deliver inventory, replenish managed stock, and maintain equipment directly at customer sites.

This role is based at 1682 Industrial Dr NW, Rochester, MN 55901 with shifts from 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 10–28 hours per week. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and basic technology use.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritization abilities.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inventory with a company vehicle to fulfill customer sites.
• Perform replenishment and maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interact with customers during deliveries.
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
• Assist with other branch tasks to support operations.
