Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for a regular part-time schedule in Murfreesboro, TN. You will print and review orders, collect products, assemble and package items, and maintain accurate shipping documentation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and reliable teamwork. Proficiency in Excel and POS/inventory systems is a plus; healthcare/beauty experience is helpful but not required.

Fulfillment Associate — Regular Part-Time

What You'll Do

• Print and review incoming online orders.
• Collect products according to the correct brands and quantities.
• Assemble, label, and package orders for shipping or pickup.
• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately.
• Stock supplies and order inventory as needed.
• Move products and inventory throughout the workspace.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete other cleaning and fulfillment duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Position Details

• Employment type: Regular part-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with some flexibility available
• Location: 1725 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 300, Murfreesboro, TN 37129
• Compensation: $15-$18/hr DOE

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with POS or inventory systems a plus (Shopify POS preferred)

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Passion for skincare, wellness, and/or aesthetics is a plus.
