Job summary

QualDerm Partners LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for regular part-time hours in Murfreesboro, TN. You will print and review orders, assemble, label and package items for shipping or pickup, and maintain accurate shipping docs. Strong attention to detail, organization, and clear written communication are essential.

Prior fulfillment or warehouse experience helps but is not required; Excel and POS/inventory systems knowledge is a plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Collect products according to the correct brands and quantities.
• Assemble, label, and package orders for shipping or pickup.
• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately.
• Stock supplies and order inventory as needed.
• Move products and inventory throughout the workspace.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.

• Complete other cleaning and fulfillment duties as required.

Position Details

• Employment type: Regular part-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with some flexibility available
• Location: 1725 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 300, Murfreesboro, TN 37129
• Compensation: $15-$18/hr DOE

1-3 years of experience in retail or fulfillment operations (healthcare or beauty industry a plus).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with POS or inventory systems a plus (Shopify POS preferred)

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Passion for skincare, wellness, and/or aesthetics is a plus.
