Job summary

QualDerm Partners seeks a part-time Fulfillment Associate to manage online orders from receipt to shipping or pickup. You will gather products, package orders, maintain inventory, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and professional written communication. Retail, fulfillment, or healthcare/beauty experience is a plus; 1–3 years preferred. Proficiency in Excel and POS or inventory systems is beneficial.

Fulfillment Associate — Regular Part-Time

Are you organized, dependable, and energized by getting every detail right? We're looking for a part-time Fulfillment Associate to help deliver a smooth, accurate experience for our online customers.

In this hands-on role, you'll manage orders from the moment they are received through shipping or pickup. You'll gather the correct products, carefully package each order, maintain inventory, and help keep the fulfillment workspace clean and organized.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with POS or inventory systems a plus (Shopify POS preferred).
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and/or aesthetics is a plus.

Position Details

• Employment type: Regular part-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with some flexibility available
• Location: 1725 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 300, Murfreesboro, TN 37129
• Compensation: $15-$18/hr DOE
