Job summary

QualDerm Partners, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Associate — Regular Part-Time at our Murfreesboro, TN location to print, pick, label, and ship orders, maintain inventory, and support customer emails.

This role offers weekday hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with some flexibility) and pay ranging $15–$18 per hour DOE, with benefits and an inclusive team environment.

• Collect products according to the correct brands and quantities.
• Assemble, label, and package orders for shipping or pickup.
• Complete order and shipping documentation accurately.
• Stock supplies and order inventory as needed.
• Move products and inventory throughout the workspace.
• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete other cleaning and fulfillment duties as required.

Position Details

• Employment type: Regular part-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with some flexibility available
• Location: 1725 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 300, Murfreesboro, TN 37129
• Compensation: $15-$18/hr DOE

1-3 years of experience in retail or fulfillment operations (healthcare or beauty industry a plus).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with POS or inventory systems a plus (Shopify POS preferred)

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Passion for skincare, wellness, and/or aesthetics is a plus.
