Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in New York City seeks enthusiastic part-time Bussers to support servers and cocktail staff, maintain table cleanliness, and help prepare dining areas for service. You will assist in ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Training through Tao Group Front Server/Busser program is provided; evenings, weekends and holidays may be required. A collaborative team atmosphere and opportunities for growth within Tao Group Hospitality are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous Busser experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and cocktail servers in guest service steps and reset tables quickly and professionally.
• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and surrounding area.
• Clear and reset tables; stock side-stations and support staff as needed.
• Deliver, fill and refill water as requested.
• Communicate guest needs to Front‑of‑House and Heart‑of‑House staff.
• Attend daily pre‑service meetings and training sessions.
• Learn by listening, observing and leading by example.
