Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, operate registers, and help maintain the store front. You’ll greet shoppers, answer questions, and promote current promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, and keeping the front end tidy while supporting Ollie’s Army and donation programs. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude
• Cash handling and POS familiarity
• Ability to assist customers and answer questions
• Merchandise presentation and store appearance awareness

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering and approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
