Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Lagrange, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist (Part Time) to warmly greet customers and accurately operate the cash register at the front end of the store.

You will assist with promotions, answer questions, support donation programs, and help with stocking, pricing, and merchandising while keeping the front of the store neat and welcoming. Evening/weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving stock, pricing items, merchandising, and keeping the front-end tidy.
• Maintain store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
