Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Circleville, OH is hiring a Front End Specialist to greet customers, assist with checkout, and keep front store areas inviting.

You will be knowledgeable about current promotions, drive sales, participate in Ollie’s Army donations, receive and price merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
