Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Marion, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist who delivers outstanding customer service, operates the cash register, and supports front-end store operations. You will assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance, while promoting current promotions and contributing to a friendly, fast-paced shopping experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.

• Support store operations including receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining the front end appearance.
• Assist with store merchandising and recovering the store as needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front end area.
