Job summary

YWCA Seattle King Snohomish is seeking a Front Desk Admin/Van Driver for weekend shifts. The role provides safe transportation for residents and supports office operations.

A valid WA driver license, clean driving record, and background check are required. This is a part-time, 16-hour-per-week position with a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, vacation, holidays, sick leave, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Washington State Driver License and insurance.
• Acceptable driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in a year and no accidents in 3 years.
• Must pass criminal background check and YWCA driving test.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents.
• Assist residents with special needs during transportation (carrying packages, opening doors, etc.).
• Provide miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as directed.
• Coordinate transportation with case managers or program staff.
• Answer phones, respond to information requests, and assist guests.
• Perform general office duties (filing, mailing, etc.).
• Maintain filing systems and check timesheets and requests.
• Support hiring processes (logging applications, scheduling).
• Sign in/out guests and ensure policy compliance with residents.
• Assist with deliveries, donations, and volunteer projects.
