Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience in supervising a team or shift is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at a retail location with site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify identification, and issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor entry areas, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment from a fixed post and report anomalies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and summon appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment while deterring unauthorized access.
