Qualifications

• 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor/contractor activity per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify site contacts or responders as directed.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security concerns.
