Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer for the Visitor Registration Desk in West Hollywood, CA. This role includes welcoming visitors, controlling access, and maintaining a secure, professional environment.

You will work Fri–Sun, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, at a rate of $21.00 per hour with a focus on customer service. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, shift-based opportunities, and a commitment to safety and integrity within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors and verifying credentials.
• Respond to incidents and resolve issues in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports related to visitors, deliveries, and security events.
