Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Front Desk Visitor Coordination in Beverly Hills, CA. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for tenants, visitors and guests, manage access control and badges, support visitor procedures and respond to security concerns with outstanding customer service. Schedule is part-time with Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Pay rate is $20.10 per hour. The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork and a people-first approach in a dynamic community

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• subject to background investigation under laws.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building staff at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors professionally, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, reception communications, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and support emergency response activities as directed.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general building information, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and authorized personnel.
