Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Guest Reception Security Officer in Savannah, GA. You will greet guests, manage access, monitor the lobby, and respond to security concerns with professionalism while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or associates at a hotel or resort front desk.
• Monitor access to the property, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and security-related situations calmly and clearly.
• Observe front desk activity and report unusual conditions or concerns.
• Assist with security-related administrative duties such as documenting incidents and answering phones.
