Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet and screen visitors, verify access, and maintain records.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, building conditions, and access-control issues to management.
• Maintain clear daily activity reports and incident documentation in the lobby.
