Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers at a retail distribution center.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain records.
• Screen inbound and outbound personnel, vehicles, and deliveries per site procedures; report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeters.
