Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is recruiting for a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk at Shreveport, LA. The position offers flexible, anchor shifts and optional extra shifts via our scheduling platform to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $13.00 per hour with weekly pay. The schedule includes Saturday 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with potential to grow toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real-estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access, issue credentials, and log visitors.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following procedures.
• Direct visitors, answer phones, receive deliveries, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
