Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Front Desk Reception in Philadelphia, PA. You will staff the front desk, greet guests, verify access, and maintain entry records while providing professional customer service to residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include monitoring cameras and alarms, responding to incidents, and keeping daily activity reports and communications with building management up to date.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are mandatory by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by following site procedures.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor access, including greeting guests and issuing visitor credentials.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to resident concerns and incidents in a calm, professional manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain daily activity reports, incident documentation, and communications with building management and leadership.
