Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check will be conducted under applicable laws.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors at a residential community.
Manage visitor access by site procedures, verify entries, maintain records, and direct guests to destinations.
Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and systems from the front desk and report unusual activity per policies.
Respond to resident concerns and incidents in a calm, customer-focused manner; contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
Document incidents and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
