Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, and maintaining sign-in records.
• Monitor access points, deliveries, and communications; report unusual activity per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and contact appropriate personnel or responders as needed.
• Maintain clear logs and reports related to visitors, incidents, and front-desk activities.
