Allied Universal in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Reception Operations to provide front-desk security and visitor screening at a financial services location. The role offers a fixed anchor shift with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform, and a pay rate of $17.75 per hour.

Minimum requirements include at least one year of security experience and a valid driver\'s license.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk.
• Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Answer calls, provide information, and relay arrivals or access concerns.
• Monitor entry points and security systems and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site personnel and responders.
