Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience or more.
• Guard card is required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor front desk visitor access, greet guests, verify credentials, issue passes, and direct visitors per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage deliveries, relaying information to site personnel.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership.
