Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in access control, badge handling, and alarm panels preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 21+ for armed roles; 18+ for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet/ direct visitors, verify ID, issue credentials, maintain logs.
• Monitor entry activity, answer calls, coordinate with staff on arrivals and access requests.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly; document concerns per site procedures.
• Report unusual activity or policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
