Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby Intake in Detroit, MI. You will provide a welcoming front-desk presence, verify credentials, and enforce access control at the lobby.

This role features fixed shifts with optional additional shifts via our scheduling platform, offering up to 40 hours per week in a flexible, part-time arrangement. Pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-desk customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Monitor lobby activity, verify credentials, and issue temporary access as needed.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and maintain a professional welcome for occupants.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document actions and outcomes.
• Deter unauthorized access and follow site procedures.
