Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front-desk location by following site procedures.
• Monitor access, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests accordingly.
• Operate reception systems, maintain logs, and assist with calls, inquiries, and appointments.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner with appropriate contacts.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual conditions per site procedures.
