Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer with Active Clearance Desk Operations in Lexington, KY. You will welcome visitors, control access, monitor entry activity, and provide professional communication and customer service at a technology-focused site.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, a high school diploma, and readiness to pass background checks and a drug screen. You will work a morning schedule and have access to our shift-claim platform for growth

Formación

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front-desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to established procedures.
• Operate reception-area communication systems, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and assist with managing incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
