Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Cambridge, MA. The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 7 PM, with starting pay of $25.00 per hour, paid orientation, paid training, and free parking.

As a Security Officer in Cambridge, you will greet visitors, manage access control and badge activities, monitor entry points, and provide excellent customer service in a healthcare environment.

Formación

• Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred.
• Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Minimum Requirements: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Requirements: Background check as per laws.
• Minimum Requirements: Drug screen as per law.
• Licensing requirements may apply and driving license for driving roles only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service at a front desk in a healthcare location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
• Greet and assist employees, visitors, patients, and vendors; manage visitor sign-in processes and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident-related records while communicating professionally with site personnel and emergency responders.
