Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community members.
• Staff a front desk location, greet and direct visitors, maintain a professional presence, and support access control procedures.
• Monitor visitor activity, verify credentials, and document entries, incidents, and security-related information per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly front desk environment and deter unauthorized access.
