Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Coordinator in Washington, DC. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform, supporting income stability and progression toward a full-time schedule.

The position pays $21.15 per hour and requires at least 2 years of security experience, CPR/First Aid certifications preferred, and standard background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk within an educational setting and follow site procedures.
• Greet students, faculty, staff, visitors and contractors and verify access permissions.
• Monitor alarms, cameras and communication systems and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures with campus resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and shift communications.
