Qualifications

• Adhere to site-specific security procedures and front-desk policies.
• Maintain visitor records and issue passes per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies at a utilities location.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate routine information to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional front-desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Document security-related activities, visitor interactions, and unusual occurrences in required logs and reports.
