Job summary

Allied Universal in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Security Professional to welcome visitors, manage access, and monitor security systems at a premier office location. You will use computer or tablet systems to support a professional, secure environment and uphold Allied Universal’s culture of integrity.

Pay rate is $22.00 per hour with a Part-Time / Graveyard Shift. Responsibilities include issuing visitor credentials, logging records, and coordinating with building

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screen will be conducted as required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial office property while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate offices or contacts.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security equipment; report concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and according to established protocols.
• Maintain visitor logs, incident reports, access records, and shift communications; coordinate with building management and Allied Universal leadership.
