Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for hospital protection in Providence, RI. You will serve patients, visitors, and staff; patrol hospital areas; maintain a visible presence to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment.

Position is part-time with a pay rate of $20.60 per hour. You will work a DayTime Saturday and Sunday schedule, joining a team that emphasizes customer service, safety, and professional conduct in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors and staff following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, professional manner per established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of assigned buildings and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions or incidents.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and emergency responders as needed.
