Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access protocols.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments and IDs, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests appropriately.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security systems; report unusual activity and access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident records plus professional communication with occupants and authorized personnel.
