Goldfish Swim School - Fox Chapel is seeking a part-time Front Desk Sales & Member Services representative with strong sales skills. You will be the first point of contact for families, helping them find the right swim lesson program while delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include driving membership growth, handling inquiries, enrolling families, and coordinating events with the front desk team.

• Build relationships with current and prospective members through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
• Process registrations, schedule lessons, and support front desk operations.
• Coordinate birthday parties and in-school events.
• Create a welcoming, organized environment for members and guests.
• Support a positive team culture and contribute to the Goldfish experience.
