Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and relays messages per facility policy.
• Greet residents, visitors and staff professionally.
• Maintains a welcoming, clean work area and restocks supplies.
• Provides directions and connects to the correct party.
• Assists with keys tracking and managers' scheduling.
• Processes work orders/IDTs and routes to the proper department.
• Performs clerical tasks such as data entry and filing; photocopying.
• Processes incoming/outgoing mail and assists resident requests.
