StoryPoint Shelby Township is seeking a part-time Receptionist to welcome residents and visitors at 46471 Hayes Rd, Shelby Township, MI. The role includes answering calls, greeting guests, and supporting the leasing team.

Schedule is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8:30am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–8:00pm, with flexibility to pick up additional days. Compensation starts at $15.75 per hour with daily pay options and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), income

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees and refer residents to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to residents and staff.
• Know emergency procedures and maintain timelines per policy.
