Your day includes answering inquiries, taking messages, assisting with light paperwork, coordinating room reservations, and helping with mail and supplies as needed within a vibrant senior care campus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience in a similar setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and residents and provide courteous assistance.
• Answer and route phone calls and take messages accurately.
• Perform clerical tasks and support departments as needed.
• Maintain organized workspace to make a positive first impression.
• Assist with scheduling, room reservations, mail, and supplies as needed.
